ABOUT THIS PAGE

I started this page in honor of my Mom, Dorothy Wilson, who passed away on October 23, 2011. Mom was so close to getting her freedom from the nursing home she was incarcerated in and away from the horrific court battle that had been ongoing for almost 3 years.

This is for you Mom. I love  you. I promise there will be justice.

  1. United we stand, divided we fall. I believe we are uniting together through our grief and suffering to heal a world that must find the love and compassion that is so needed in these troubled times. It is an honor to know you and your mother through you, Diane. She is watching over you, no doubt, so very proud of your ongoing campaign with everyone so that others never experience this sorrow.

“We live in an unconscious world based on a separatist ego that pays only attention to “form” and power over others. Wouldn’t it be nice if we lived in a conscious world based in the heart that re-connects all of us back to “substance” with empowerment?” ~TAM~

I believe we are getting there!

  2. I am from Australia. The horrific Guardianship issues are a worldwide malaise. We don’t have Private Guardians here (yet) but our Public Guardians & Public Trustees are just as vile. All
the stories are heart rendering and so many broken families,
lives and individuals are the shameful and inhuman legacies these morally bankrupt people and organisations leave behind.

We just have to keep fighting for justice even if we may not
achieve it in time for our loved ones. We must never give up.

Your website is a credit to you and I hope that justice will
    prevail sooner than later.

I wish we could all unite and get a worldwide alliance for a
“Guardianship Shame” day to bring this matter to the fore
and get legislation changed so that safeguards are put in
place to prevent these atrocities in the first place.

Maybe Sir Bob Geldof and Sting could take up the cudgel
for us just as they did for “Band Aid” rallying against poverty
    in the world.

We need a Hero to help us – to date I have never come across
one in any corridor of power willing to do so. We are just not important enough!

Judas and the 30 pieces of silver is alive and well.

    Sincerely,
    Bridgette Pace

    • Hi Bridgette,

I am in Australia and at present I am in touch with other Guardianship Abuse victims who are forming a lobby group to have reforms made to Guardianship laws in this country which work in favor of the ‘decision makers’ who as you know are totally unaccountable to anyone. If you are interest in joining in this fight with us you can email me in the first instance at the following address: walkjr@hotmail.com Sincerely June Walker

  3. I have a similar story about my Mother, who has Alzheimer’s. I am her only living child, and Justice Asarch presided over this case for the past 4 years and I can’t tell you what a NIGHTMARE it has been…he, along with Geriatric case manager, DESTROYED our family.. I think you might be interested. Waiting for my appeal.. That Bastard probably ruined MANY lives and families… I will shed NO tears over this mans death…

    • Hi Joan,

I am so so sorry for what you have been through. Yes, Judge Asarch, along with Mary Giordano, Franchina and Giordano in Garden City, NY , and the geriatric care manager Anne Recth, AMRecht Assoc in Plainview NY, destroyed the last three years of my mother’s life. I don’t know if you have seen all of the stories on this site, but these same three people have worked together before and did to someone else what they did to my Mom. I have no idea how many people have suffered under their “care.”

Please email me at ally12@att.net. Yes, I am definitely interested in hearing your story.

Sending you and your family much love and prayers for healing,

      Diane

  4. Having to fight family courts is an expensive task, here the judges have a meetingthey ordain what they want presented and in some cases place a block on attorneys abilities to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities. Some have win rotations among the attorneys that are in clic.

    • Yes, Robert, there are definitely favorites in the courtrooms; and trying to fight corruption of this magnitude is a huge task. But we will do it and we will win! Thank you for your comment!

  5. john howard wyman

Diane , your story always brings a tear to my eye,I am so thrilled you are dedicated to this cause.Even after you lost your mom!together we must stand united and become the Goliath in are journey for justice!!!!

    • Thank you John. You are a kind and compassionate man, and you have accomplished an amazing and monumental task for your Mom. Your book detailed your horrific journey through the maze of corruption and deceit that is the hallmark of our courts. You and I will continue the fight for justice. What was done to my mother and yours were blatant criminal acts, yet the criminals that committed the crime get to walk free and use the money they “made” off of their “wards” to buy nice things and expensive cars and vacations, while my poor mother sat in a tiny room begging for her underwear and a warm sweater. What is wrong with this picture?
